The Extraordinary Leaders Institute, offered by our partner, The Leadership Innovations Team, helps good leaders become great leaders by building on strengths and strategically targeting areas for improvement.

Based on the bestselling book, The Extraordinary Leader, by Drs. Jack Zenger and Joe Folkman, the program draws on 20 years of research and data from detailed statistical profiles of a wide range of educators.

About the Program

We've partnered with The Leadership Innovations Team to bring this dynamic, award-winning leadership program into schools.

The Extraordinary Leaders Institute provides the key tools and insights essential to taking leadership from good to great. Based on the bestselling book, The Extraordinary Leader, by Drs. Jack Zenger and Joe Folkman, the program draws on 20 years of research and data, and has been field tested on over 25,000 leaders in industry and government. Over the course of this two-day institute participants will engage in a new approach to leadership development based on the belief that good leaders can become extraordinary by building on existing strengths and identifying potential areas of improvement.

We'll examine the relationship between effective leaders and bottom line results and learn how this relationship can be demonstrated with data. In addition, participants will gain in-depth understanding of the 16 specific behaviors that separate the highest performing leaders from the rest and will learn strategies for incorporating these behaviors into their daily activities right away.

Measurable Results

Extraordinary Leaders Institute utilizes a revolutionary 360 degree feedback tool to provide participants with real data, both quantitative and qualitative, about their current leadership competency levels. The survey compiles extensive feedback data from those who know the leader best - the people that work directly for and with them. Based on this feedback, leaders are able to precisely identify their key strengths, possible areas for improvement, and any potential fatal flaws that may need to be addressed in order to progress forward. When measured over time, participants experience significant improvements in 360 degree feedback scores.
